Place the chopped onion and the minced garlic cloves in it with some salt. Once the onions are brown, add some basil, parsley and thyme. Drop some chicken stock and let cook for a while. Add the chopped tomatoes. Simmer covered. Once the tomatoes are cooked, blend the whole mixture. Return to a sauce pan and add a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.\n\nPrepare the pasta. Use a few spoonfuls of the pasta water on the sauce.\n\nBefore serving, on a different pan, place some pasta, add about a ladle of sauce, and mix for about a minute, airing the mix. Serve. Ingredients:
